Who are you?
I’m Steve Galliford, Dean of Postgraduate Studies at Coventry. I have oversight of all PGT provision in The Group. I also lead on online Induction for PG and UG students and was part of the Project Eagle team last year. My academic background is in Commercial Real Estate Investment and Appraisal. I’ve been at Coventry nearly 8 years following 22 years at UWE, Bristol. I was an Associate Dean and then Deputy Dean in FBL before my current post.
Something else more personal about yourself?
Love my sport, re-discovered cycling during lockdown. It must be summer because test match cricket started again last week, it rained a lot and England lost!
Something you have learnt recently?
Making time for informal downtime with my team is more important than ever in the current climate. Time spent chatting with colleagues is rarely time wasted.
