Something you have learnt recently?

I am DVC for Education and Students.  This is my second period of working at Coventry University; this time since 2013 and, previously, 2004-2010.
Like many colleagues, I have been grappling with working under the circumstances of Covid-19.  I think the University Group’s response has been fantastic.
Working at home has been interesting, too.  There are five of us all working and living at home; me, my wife and our three daughters.
I’ve really missed playing and watching live sport – thankfully the EPL is back and I’ve been able to continue cycling – this time last year I was cycling up Alpe D’Huez.
