Who are you?

I’m the IT Trainer from Coventry University London. I have a very nice job because people are almost always pleased to see me; not because of my sparkling personality, rather that  I help them get their stuff done & make their lives easier 🙂 It probably also helps that I really like baking cakes. I have 2 personal crusades:

  • To help colleagues by using technology to automate tedious manual tasks
  • To work together with colleagues across the Group to get a coordinated & effective system in place for helping everyone in the group become digitally fluent.
