Who are you?
Hi all, my name is Kavita Sohanta and I am a Skills Consultant for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities and CUC working within the Talent Team at Coventry University. I am currently working on reviewing courses to ensure they represent all the core soft skills which are required for students to successfully navigate the rapidly changing graduate labor market. I am therefore working alongside curriculum 2025 in line with the graduate skills element of their strategy.
Something else more personal about yourself?
Outside of the the skills role, I am a published poet, and a singer,songwriter and during social distancing I have been giving free online singing lessons to family and my friends children. I am an advocate of mindfulness meditation and champion positive collaboration with others.
